Choc pb smoothie

  •  1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 c cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c peanut butter
  • 1-2 T hemp seeds
  • 3/4 C milk (it says 3 C almondmilk in the original recipe)
  • 1 T maple syrup or 1 date
  • 1 t chia seeds, optional
  • handful of ice cubes
1. Combine in blender or food processor and serve plain or with granola.
