- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 c cocoa powder
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1-2 T hemp seeds
- 3/4 C milk (it says 3 C almondmilk in the original recipe)
- 1 T maple syrup or 1 date
- 1 t chia seeds, optional
- handful of ice cubes
