1/4 c. (4 T) chili powder
2 T. cumin
2 t onion powder
1-2 t garlic powder
2 t dried oregano
2 t paprika (smoked?)
2-3 t salt
1 T. + 1 t. pepper
Pinch cayenne pepper or up to 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
Add ingredients together and store in a ziplock bag with date on it. Use about 1.5-2 T seasoning per 1 lb ground beef. After ground beef is browned, add seasoning and 1/2 c. water or beef broth.
