These are super quick and easy and almost taste healthy...
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Bring the sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then let boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in the oats, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate until hardened; store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
