Skillet meat and macaroni

1 lb ground turkey or beef
chopped onion
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup water
7 oz. pasta (macaroni, Mafalda, or other)
1/2-1 c. chopped red or green pepper (other vegetables might be good as well, green beans?)
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook meat and onion  until no longer pink and browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, until noodles are tender, stiffing occasionally, about 20 minutes. Add water if needed.
