A quick and easy pesto recipe, especially for Chicken & Artichoke Pizzettes.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons toasted nuts (walnuts or pine nuts)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Place the first four ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth, then add oil, then cheese.
