- 24 oz (5 1/4 c) teff flour
- 8 oz (1 3/4 c) brown rice flour
- 8 oz (2 1/3 c) golden ground flaxseeds
- 5 oz (1 c) glutinous rice flour (also known as sweet white rice flour)
