Peanut Butter Cups

 Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups semisweet or dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

- colorful sprinkles, optional

Directions:

Combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and salt until smooth.

In a microwave or on the stove top, melt the chocolate chips and remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

Drop teaspoons of chocolate mixture into paper-lined miniature muffin cups. Drop a scant teaspoon of peanut butter mixture into each cup. Top with another teaspoon of chocolate mixture. If desired, decorate with sprinkles. Refrigerate until set.
