Choc pb smoothie
1-2 frozen bananas
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/4 c peanut butter
1-2 T hemp seeds
3/4 C milk (it says 3 C almondmilk in the original recipe)
1 T maple syrup or 1 date
1 t chia seeds, optional
handful of ice cubes
1. Combine in blender or food processor and serve plain or with granola.
